Each year the Chillicothe Campus hosts a ceremony to recognize our outstanding students. During the evening's events we recognize not only our graduates, but also students who have been named to the Dean’s List.

Graduation Time Table
Graduates Arrival Time and Place:	Friday, May 3 at 6:45 p.m. Arrive at the Shoemaker Center.	If the weather cooperates we will assemble at the tennis courts behind Shoemaker Center.  If we have inclement weather, we will assemble in the lower hallway of Shoemaker Center.
Cap and Gown Pick Up:	April 26 – May 3	Follett Bookstore in Bennett Hall.  Follett Bookstore will be open Mon-Thurs 9:30am – 5:30pm and Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm
Order Cap and Gown:	https://commerce.cashnet.com/ohiocapgown Individual items are also available for purchase if you are purchasing an extra cap, hood or an additional tassel for a second degree. Just use the above link then click on Student Individual Pieces on the left.	All candidates for graduation will be able to purchase a cap and gown for $38.00.  Be sure to choose the Chillicothe campus gown pick up so your order will be sent to our campus.
Pictures:	We will also be having a professional photographer present to take your picture when you are recognized
There will be NO guest limit.

 

Frequently Asked Questions
I just need a cap/tassel/hood.  How do I order an individual item?	Please visit https://commerce.cashnet.com/ohiocapgown, and click on Student Individual Pieces.
Does my order include the tassel and/or hood, or do I have to order those separately?	Your package includes a cap, gown, tassel and hood (if earning a master’s degree).  You do not need to order a tassel and/or hood separately.
What if I am earning two degrees and want a tassel for both degrees? (Applies only to undergraduates.)	You will need to place a separate order for a second tassel. The cap & gown package includes only one tassel, even if you are earning two degrees; however, be sure to verify the tassel color associated with each degree as some degrees within the same college have the same tassel color.
Why isn’t the charge for my cap & gown order showing up on my e-bill?	If you placed your order through our Cashnet site you were instructed to pay with a credit or debit card, so your student account will not be billed.  If you ordered through the spring graduation application your bill should show a total of the $50 graduation fee as well as the package price for the regalia needed for the ceremony.  E-bill’s do not itemize the purchase.
