The Technical Studies Building is home to the Environmental Engineering Technology (EVT) program, Hazardous Materials Technology (HMT) program, the Environmental Training and Research Center (ETRC), and the Southern Ohio Fire Training Academy (SOFTA).

Located on the East side of the Chillicothe campus of Ohio University.  It is adjacent to an 8.3 acre Outdoor Training Complex and is readily accessible (see Map).
