Ohio University-Chillicothe Scholarships

Scholarships are available to both Ohio University-Chillicothe freshman and upperclass students who qualify. Students who are selected for a scholarship for the upcoming academic year will be notified by postal mail by June 1st

Application Process

  • Freshmen: An Ohio University-Chillicothe freshman admissions application with high school transcript serves as an automatic scholarship application for all OU-C freshmen scholarships. Because many scholarships also require verification of financial need, all scholarship applicants are strongly encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on the web. It is best to complete both the FAFSA and admissions application by February 15th to assure all applications are processed by the deadline.

  • Upperclassmen: Upperclassmen must complete the regional campus electronic scholarship application to be considered for Ohio University-Chillicothe upperclass scholarships. Just as with freshman scholarships, many scholarships require verification of financial need, and so all scholarship applicants are strongly encouraged to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) on the web. It is best to complete both the FAFSA and the regional campus electronic scholarship application by March 18th to assure all applications are processed by the deadline. Once applied, you will receive an email message to your Catmail verifying the Office of Student Financial Aid and Scholarships received your application.

  • Important Information
